Evidence+ assesses whether enhanced evidence is necessary, proportionate and lawful where ordinary observation cannot answer a serious, defined concern. The fee reflects governance, privacy, security and specialist-review burden—not permission to record.
Recording may be refused. Covert audio remains disabled by default and exceptional. Private areas, speculative monitoring, indiscriminate surveillance and entrapment are excluded.
