The People Systems preview contains fictional data and simulated interactions. It is not a production HRIS, legal update service, system of record, automated decision-maker or secure route for real employee information.
5. Intellectual property
The Aspinall names, site design, original copy, methods and materials may be protected by intellectual-property rights. No trade mark registration or third-party endorsement is implied by use of ™ or descriptive references.
6. Availability and links
The site may change, be suspended or contain links to third-party information. Availability, completeness and continued accuracy are not guaranteed. Important facts should be checked at the point of decision.
7. Liability wording requires solicitor approval
The final terms will contain a proportionate B2B liability framework tied to the service and insurance. Nothing will attempt to exclude liability where exclusion is unlawful, including liability that cannot lawfully be excluded for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Do not publish a liability cap or exclusion until a UK commercial solicitor has aligned it with the engagement contract and insurance.
