Excluded: live employee casework, bespoke contracts or full handbook drafting, onsite inspection, specialist H&S assessment, legal representation and implementation of every recommendation.
Essential includes one monthly advisory call and up to 90 additional minutes of routine remote support. Growth includes one monthly call, up to 2.5 additional hours, one document review and a quarterly people-risk check. Three-month initial term, paid monthly in advance. Unused time does not roll over. Complex casework, meetings, investigations, onsite work and urgent deadlines are quoted before work or charged at £125/hour only with written approval.

One client-authorised workplace assurance review at one site, covering one agreed day or night observation period of up to six hours. Includes scoping, proportionate observation, selected evidence review, a RAG-rated report, priority actions and sponsor debrief.
It is not covert surveillance, a personal investigation, statutory audit or certification. It excludes covert recording, regulated testing, additional sites or shifts, implementation and specialist legal or competent-person opinions.
Application-only premium pathway
Enhanced evidence assessment where ordinary observation cannot answer a serious, defined concern. Recording is never guaranteed.
The premium price reflects governance, privacy, security and specialist-review burden—not permission to record. Recording is never guaranteed. The client, as controller, must establish a lawful, necessary and proportionate route; complete the relevant approvals and a DPIA where required; and show why a less intrusive route is insufficient.
Excluded: routine audio, private areas, indiscriminate monitoring, speculative surveillance, entrapment, public-authority powers and any method that cannot pass legal, privacy and ethical review.
