This page is designed to make the engagement boundary visible before a proposal is signed. The signed service agreement remains authoritative.
Aspinall People
People services provide practical HR, people-operations and management support within the written proposal. They do not constitute solicitor-client legal advice, representation before a tribunal, payroll approval, tax advice or an unlimited outsourced HR department.
Health and safety support
People-practice and evidence support does not replace the employer's duties, risk assessments, statutory appointments or advice from a competent health and safety professional where required.
Aspinall Inside
Inside is a client-authorised, scope-defined workforce assurance service. Standard engagements are not covert surveillance, a personal investigation, police work, statutory inspection, regulatory certification or a guarantee that every unsafe or unlawful practice will be found. Any exceptional Evidence+ proposal is separately governed and may be refused.
Evidence and findings
Findings reflect the agreed sample, time, locations, people, documents and information available. A finding outside the observed scope must not be inferred. The client remains responsible for decisions, implementation, consultation, legal compliance and immediate safety action.
Critical concerns
The engagement documents will state how an immediate and serious safety, safeguarding or suspected criminal concern is escalated. Confidentiality cannot be promised in a way that prevents a lawful or necessary escalation.
Specialist review
Where a question requires legal, payroll, tax, occupational health, safeguarding, security, data-protection or competent-person expertise, work pauses or is referred. Any third-party instruction and fee requires written client approval.
